USO ATHLETIC NUTRITION — SHIPPING 
POLICY (INDIA COMPLIANT) 

1. Processing Times 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public 
holidays). 
You will receive an order confirmation email, and once dispatched, a shipping 
confirmation email with tracking details

If there is any delay caused by high order volume, courier issues, weather interruptions, or supply chain disruptions, we will notify you via email. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, in accordance with the 
Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules. 

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch: 
● Domestic (India): 3–7 business days 

Please note: These delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and 
may vary depending on your pincode, courier load, or local restrictions. Delivery dates are not guaranteed

3. Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or 
SMS. 

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s tracking system, as per their update schedule. 

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages 

USO Athletic Nutrition follows the standard courier liability rules applicable in India: 
● We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as 
“Delivered” by the courier partner. 
● If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and 
provide: 
○ Clear photos of the damaged product 
○ Photos of the outer packaging 
○ Your order number 
We will assist you with a resolution. 

5. Address Accuracy 

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. 

USO Athletic Nutrition is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages 
resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
