    All of our plans are 100% personalized based on a questionnaire you answer when you get started.Then we update your meal plans every two weeks with all calories and macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates & fats) worked out perfectly for you and your specific goal. As we begin on this process, we will ask you if there are any foods you don't like, or are allergic to, so ENJOY what you're eating! Vegetarian options also available. You can also choose this meal plan by itself, or combined with a custom workout program as well.

    All workout programs are personalized and updated monthly, they are designed specifically for you and your goals. Your Workout Program will have the best and most effective exercises all with Instructional Video and Rep Ranges to use so you get the best and fastest results possible! These workout programs can be designed to shed your body fat or to build lean muscle. This program can be purchased individually, or together with a customized meal plan (recommended).

How does the meal plan work?

The meal plans are setup on a calorie surplus / deficit basis, depending on the goals you have set from the start. All meals are 100% customised based on many factors like your body weight, level of exercise, and fitness goals.

What plan should I choose?

We offer 100% custom meal plans and 100% custom workout plans – or both! For maximum results we recommend joining both. Once you have joined the plans we have available are;
• female - build lean muscle
• female - lose fat & tone up
• male - cut down & lose body fat
• male - bulk up & gain muscle

Can I change my goal set in my plan?

Yes, if in error you select the incorrect goal, please just get in contact with us to make this adjustment. Or after being on the NZ Muscle plan for a while your goals may change - you can change this accordingly also.

Can I change a meal in my plan?

Yes once your plan is created for you and you come to a meal you aren’t in the mood for, hit the refresh button and an alternative meal will be generated for you (while still maintaining your daily macros).

I don't like certain foods, can I exclude them?

Yes once you have joined, at the start of the process you will be able to select / exclude certain foods to your preference and needs.
